II. Vice
President for Plant Operations – VP (PO): Ron Borders
Manager of all warehouse and shop office operations and assigned
shop office, warehouse (warehousemen and metal fabricators), and driver
personnel

Oversees
the effective and efficient operations of all warehouse
and shop
office operations to ensure adherence to ISO 9001-2000
standards/requirements
2.
Evaluates current processes to determine critical change needs
that will improve the effectiveness, efficiency, safety, and security of all
areas in the scope of plant operations
3.
Evaluates
equipment needs and submits recommendations to front office for approval
4.
Oversees
the quality of all products and services to insure such
deliverables
conform to customer requirements
5.
Oversees
the proper training and utilization of all assigned personnel
6.
Oversees
Shop Office operations to ensure effective and efficient
execution
of duties to include:
a. Walk-in/counter sales
b. Processing Picking Tickets for all
orders
c.
Oversight of truck
maintenance (See #17 below)
d. Control and production of CAM drawings for customer parts
7.
Oversees the proper line-up of next day truck stops/deliveries
8.
Oversees current day truck loads for accuracy, weight, and proper load
configuration
9.
Oversees incoming product delivery from vendors for
accuracy/accountability
10.
Oversees the racking of incoming products from vendors
11. Oversees the proper color
coding of incoming products
12.
Oversees all processing/fabrication of products
13.
Oversees the proper
utilization and/or disposition of non-conforming materials

Oversees product returns, reports reasons for return, assesses
and executes corrective actions to eliminate rework and recurring problems

Oversees the proper operation and maintenance of cranes

Oversees the proper operation and maintenance of various machines
required to process product (burning, shearing, breaking, bending, sawing,
etc.)

trucks used
for the transport of products

III.
Vice President for Sales and Marketing Operations – VP (S&M): Terry Collins
A. Oversees all sales
operations (inside and outside) to include:
1. Ensures
active BENCO sales presence in all sales territories
2. Serves
as key customer sales representative (in collaboration with the VP Plant
Operations ensures products meet customer specifications and are delivered IAW
customer defined due dates)
3.
Ensures
the opening of new accounts in existing territories
4.
Ensures
the establishment of new territories
5.
Scans
the current and potential customer community for their future needs in order
that BENCO can proactively prepare for and effectively deliver products and
services to address customers’ emerging requirements
6.
Manages,
coaches, and trains the sales force (inside and outside sales) to ensure a high
quality representation of BENCO Steel
7.
Manages
the effective and efficient execution of inside sales operations to ensure the
highest quality in inside sales responsibilities to include:
a. communicating with the customers by telephone
b.
quoting
of price and delivery and following up on quotes
c. taking orders by telephone and entering them into the system
d.
following
up on orders and expediting them when necessary
e. handling customer complaints and initiating the return process and
corrective action
f. serving as the inside sales contact for outside sales
representatives
B.
Oversees
all marketing operations to include:
1.
Development
and execution of an overall marketing concept that communicates a consistent
message to current and future customers
2.
Visitations
to existing and potential customers for the purpose of promoting BENCO
products and services
3.
Orientation
visits to BENCO suppliers/vendors to introduce current and future/potential
customers, enhancing their comfort level as to the quality of metal product
they are/will be receiving from BENCO
4.
Development/updating
of marketing materials that tell the BENCO story and the value of doing
business with BENCO. Materials and media include but are not limited to
brochures, calendars, newspaper/magazine/trade journal articles and
advertisements, web-site upgrades, radio and television advertisements, and
special promotions
5.
Research
and analysis of evolving market trends to determine potential new markets,
product lines and service offerings that will enhance and grow BENCO business
IV.
Vice President for Billing and Accounting Operations – VP (B&A): Jackie Childers
A.
Oversees all billing and accounting operations to include:
1.
Manages
accounts payable
2.
Manages
accounts receivable

Maintains
the General Ledger
4.
Performs
credit checks on incoming orders and determines C.O.D. status

Invoices
